Job Description

THE ROLE Working within our HR team and reporting to the Head of Human Resources and working alongside with other Recruitment & HR Officer for the company. The main purpose of this role is to assist the HR team with the 360-recruitment process and to ensure the HR Team provides a full service to the Company. The Role: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • End to end recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, interviewing etc • Inputting new starter information on our HR system, produce offer letters, contract and new starter packs. • Creating & maintaining the new starters personnel file (both electronic and paper) system • Archiving Leavers file, • Payroll administration • Posting P45s to leavers at the end of each pay run. • Updating various HR Trackers • Work on various HR reports • Able to create various HR letters using standard templates • Replying and obtaining employment reference • Assistance with collating data and co-ordination. • Any other duties as instructed by the Line Manager. Skills and experience you will need: Experience • Experience in recruitment & HR • Excellent IT skills including working on various MS packages • CIPD Level three – Desirable. Skills • An expert at keeping information confidential and 100% discreet • Methodical, accurate and organised with a keen eye for detail • Ability to prioritise heavy workloads • Being professional and pleasant at all times • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
