Job Description

My client based in Burton on Trent are currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Marketing Manager to join them on a 6 month FTC. As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day activity as well as optimisation and execution of the marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating interesting social media content, driving traffic to the new website and promoting positively to the very best candidates. You will work hand in hand with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure the company are being marketed in the best way, whilst providing brand consistency across our estate. Responsibilities: • Creating interesting content, research market trends and manage all corporate social media accounts in line with the current social media strategy • Designing and supporting the execution of recruitment campaigns to attract quality tenants • Create brand consistency on all digital and print platforms • Providing local advertising and social media support for open days and vacancies • Effectively manage a marketing budget to promote open days and vacancies • Actively promote the company via various media channels to gain the interest of quality candidates • Creating copy for vacancies • Work with the Recruitment and Operations team to deliver full funnel advertising • Deliver day to day campaign planning, create briefings and report on campaign performance • Drive and monitor traffic to the Recruitment website • Manage and track campaign results and feedback on success • Work with the Recruitment and Operations teams to create a target audience and direct campaigns towards this To be successful, you will need: • To be creative and innovative • Experience / qualification of social media / marketing / PR, including handling the press • Experience in SEO and website optimisation • MS office experience, including Excel, Word and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Be passionate about marketing within the retail and hospitality industry • Copywriting experience • To be proactive, organised and self-motivated • Work collaboratively with multiple teams, including operations, digital marketing and design and print • Good research and reporting skills • Experience of managing the creation of print materials and digital marketing assets This role is initially a 6 month FTC with a view of going permanent after.
