Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Salary: £26,715 per annum Salary Band: C Contract Type: Fixed term for 12 months with possibility of extension/permanency Number of Posts: 1 Type of Post: Concurrent Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week Closing date: 07 April 2019 at 23.55 The Role The House of Commons Recruitment team are responsible for managing all House of Commons recruitment campaigns, and other resourcing methods such as agency recruitment and inwards secondments. The Recruitment Coordinator will take responsibility of individual recruitment campaigns to support Recruitment Campaign Managers with their business areas at times of high-volume recruitment. This will involve advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and tests and managing all stages of the campaign on the e-recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The successful candidate will also support the Onboarding team in processing the pre-employment checks for new joiners to the House which will involve drafting contracts, requesting references and processing candidate forms. The Person The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience: * Experience of recruiting successfully for a range of posts at the same time, either in-house or for a recruitment agency and in line with the principles of equality and diversity. * Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, including taking the initiative to resolve issues and influencing decision-makers * Experience of using an e-recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar applications to manage campaigns Benefits Annual leave starting at 30 days pro rata Civil Service Pension scheme Interest-free season ticket loan Discounted membership of the in-house gym All applications must be submitted on a House of Commons application form More information on the role and the full criteria can be found on the job description
