We currently have a vacancy for an experienced, passionate and driven Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our thriving business. No two days will be the same, ensuring you always have a variety within your role. * Control of the onboarding of all new WB employees * Ordering all equipment (phones, laptops etc.) once spend has been signed off, organising log in details and creating user details sheets for new starters * Capturing all information required for induction prior to them starting * Ordering uniform and vehicles where required * Carrying out inductions & all right to work checks * Obtaining references * Filing of all information gained at induction, ensuring system is updated * Lead with all recruitment activity which may include drafting job adverts, posting to job board, CV database searching, CV sifting, liaising with recruiting Managers and arranging interviews * Any HR administration which may be required – drafting offer letters, contracts of employment * Note taking where required by HR Manager * The above list is not exhaustive To be successful in the role, you need to have over 3 years experience of recruitment and be confident in head hunting. You will be a dynamic, confident and proactive indiviual. You need to be tenacious in your approach and resilient to pursue the highest level of candidates that we want in our business. Delivering inductions will see you drawing on previous experience of presenting and/or training. You will be highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail, always striving to deliver the best in everything you do. You should be able to work under your own initiative and be able to adapt to situations, learning new skills easily and enjoy meeting new people. Essential criteria Over 3 years of recruitment Experience of delivering inductions (presentations/training accepted)
