Resourcing & Recruitment Partner – Long Marston A vacancy has arisen for a Resourcing & Recruitment Partner based at our Long Marston Head Office. The purpose of the Resourcing & Recruitment Partner is to support the recruitment and resourcing for the business. Offering generalist HR support and advice to sites and colleagues of all levels, across Metals and SRS. Key accountabilities of the Resourcing & Recruitment Partner include: • Be responsible for the end to end recruitment and resourcing process - Co-ordinate the recruitment process for assigned vacancies including, but not limited to; drafting job descriptions, creating & posting adverts, shortlisting applicants - Maintain regular contact with hiring manager with weekly updates via email or phone - Proactively, directly source candidates using recruitment platforms i.e. CV searches, speculative enquiries etc. - Ensure recruitment tracker is up to date • Provide a positive candidate experience - Use the Applicant Tracking System to update candidates on the process • Support the interviewing and selection process - Arrange interviews and, if necessary, attend interviews - For roles that require a more in depth selection process, coordinate and facilitate assessment centres • Keep in regular contact with HR Advisor and HR Admin & Resourcing assistant regarding status of assigned vacancies • Take ownership of new starter feedback and exit surveys - Issue questionnaire using standard template in Survey Monkey - Send reminders to complete surveys - Collate responses and share potential improvements with HR team • Respond to generalist HR queries • Completion of transactional work in order to support customers and stakeholders • Project work as defined to proactively support the HR strategy • Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require • Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community. Applicants must have exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills combined with integrity and confidentiality. Candidates will need proven resourcing and recruitment experience together with working in a multi-site environment. They will be IT literate, including Microsoft Office and a CIPD qualification would be an advantage. A full UK driving licence is required.
