Job Description

I am currently working with one of the largest national training providers in the country who are looking to take on a new member of staff, located in the Midlands ideally, to deliver, assess, verify and develop a brand new course they are running this year for Recruitment and Resourcing Apprenticeships. The company itself is a well established training company with offices up and down the UK – delivering training in all of your vocational areas as well as core stem subjects. The position is full time, 37 hours per week, and permanent with an aim to get the right person into the post as soon as they can. You will be required to deliver in a training capacity as well as assessing the workload. If you can verify upon starting then all the better but they will be more than happy to put you through some additional training as long as you are happy to take it on while in the job. The role will also be developing the course and utilising your experience within recruitment and resourcing – tailoring the specification to maximise the effectiveness of the programme. The position will involve national travel as well as staying away for the work so you must be prepared to accommodate long hours and a lot of driving. However, you will essentially be working from home so you will be relatively autonomous in your working hours. In return you will receive a salary of £27,000 - £32,000 PA with 25 days holiday plus your 8 statutory bank holidays. This will also come with a pension scheme and plenty of additional training while in the post. To be eligible you must have: - A substantial and recent amount of experience working directly in a recruitment resourcing role. - A recognised teaching and assessing qualification (PTLLS, PGCE, A1, TAQA etc) I am looking to set up interviews as soon as possible, so if you are interested and available for interview, please reply with your CV and daytime contact number and I'll get back to you. Please feel free to pass on my details if you know someone who might be interested.
