Job Title: Recruitment and Retention Coach Responsible to: Head of Commercial Location: Poole Main Purpose of Job: You will effectively manage the full recruitment, induction and early training journey of new colleagues into the business. You will be responsible for overseeing the advertising of roles, interviewing candidates and then successful onboarding and induction training. This role will significantly support our sales environment, but also other departments where required. You will be expected to work in close collaboration with the extended Sales Management team namely the Sales Trainer to ensure all sales colleagues have excellent quality training and support in the first months of their TTR career. You will create & be continually responsible for training collateral across the business that is engaging, effective and impactful. Main Tasks of Job Sales: * Work with key stakeholders to establish the recruitment needs in sales * Creation of engaging job role advertisements for sales roles * Management of interview booking and stage 1 interview delivery for all potential sales colleagues * Feedback to Head of Sales/Sales Manager on candidates to be taken to stage 2 of interview * Collaborate with sales management team to create an effective and engaging 5-day induction training programme to be delivered to all new sales colleagues * Overall responsibility for coaching, mentoring and call listening for all new sales team members in their early months * Consistent data driven monitoring and reporting of all training delivery to new starters and how this has impacted on results, to be fed back in written format to the Sales Management colleagues as requested * Work in close partnership with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure any key points of failure across the new starters on the sales floor are recognised, addressed and monitored ongoing * Support the new sales team members to remain compliant around FCA Loans and Funding standards at all times * Responsibility for relationship management with any recruitment agencies used for sales * Searching through online job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn etc.) for suitable candidates Extended Team: * Creation and ongoing maintenance of a general workforce induction training programme * Be fully responsible for delivery of all induction training into the business * Working closely with HR to accommodate induction and training requirements as needed Skills Required/Desired * A proven track record in recruitment * A proven track record in training delivery * Sales experience desirable * Excellent Microsoft skills * Solution minded and problem solver * Ability to work calmly under pressure * Ability to use initiative and motivate people * Operate at all levels with strong communication skills * Ability to build relationships with every department * Good understanding and interest in The Training Room education sectors The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation
