Recruitment & Retention Coordinator, Warrington £18K - £22K per annum DOE Full-time, 37.5 hours per week We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Retention Coordinator close to the Warrington area of Cheshire. You would be joining a homecare organisation who were established by a family who wanted to improve the standard of care provided to vulnerable older people in their local community. As their Recruitment & Retention Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role and help drive their service, you will be proactive and find and inspire people in the local community to becoming a Care Worker for their clients. Your responsibilities will also involve: * Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community; * Schedule and conduct applicant interviews; * Create and maintain all employment records; * Conduct character references, DBS checks etc; * Schedule and conduct care worker induction and other training. What experience and skills are required? * You will have experience of recruitment whether in care or other sectors; * Experience and understanding of recruitment campaigns; * A good understanding of social media and generating marketing material; * It is essential that you have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
