Acorn is a leading provider of training, learning and development solutions with over 1,300 apprentices in learning each week. We are looking for a Recruitment & Training Advisor to join our successful training delivery team to deliver apprenticeships in the Retail sector. As a Recruitment & Training Advisor, you will be required to; recruit and maintain a caseload of a minimum of 30 funded apprentices, develop excellent working relationships with learners and clients, ensure that learners achieve their qualification within the specified timeframe and ensure that delivery is achieved within internal and external requirements. Applicants must have an Assessor qualification and / or retail management experience. We are looking to hear from commercially aware, passionate and ambitious individuals with the ability to build excellent working relationships and achieve tight deadlines. The role involves travelling to client sites throughout the South West of England so a driving licence is essential.
