The role of a Recruitment & Training Coordinator would include but not be limited to; * Enabling the Recruitment and Training KPI’s and targets to be met * Booking Training venues * Liaising with trainers and learners * Management of the complete candidate journey from initial enquiry through to employment start date and onto the duration of their 12 month training process. * Ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to * Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations * Managing our Applicant Tracking System * Telephone screening and carrying out group and 1-1 interviews * Completing Candidate compliance, RTW documentation and referencing * Ensuring that all training documentation is of the highest standard and in line with our IQA Policy. * Bring new ideas to the table to contribute to our continual aim to deliver the best service to our candidates, learners and clients. * Liaise with fellow coordinators in the distribution of tasks to the admin team. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge; * Excellent attention to detail/Time management skills * A good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (particularly excel) * Assessor Award - A1/TAQA/D32/33 or equivalent (an advantage but not compulsory) * Full UK Driving License * Experience working within a similar sector would be an advantage (education & training / Security Services) * Ability and desire to work autonomously and not require micromanagement * Be a true team player Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00- 17:00, however this role may require some flexibility to assist with recruitment and training days
