Office Angels are currently assisting a client in the Care sector with the Recruitment of a Recruitment and Training Coordinator. This will be a varied and challenging role where you will be responsible for the day to day recruitment life-cycle in a dynamic and expanding environment where the internal focus is on finding quality candidates. The successful candidate will; * Effectively generate new candidates * Take candidates through the recruitment process * Training of new and existing candidates * Continue and develop the companies retention strategy. This client is looking for someone who has experience in a training and recruitment role, as well as experience of working in the Health Care/ Social Care Sector.
