We are a well-established and highly respected independent UK home care provider and are also part of a worldwide organisation devoted to providing the highest-quality care for older people in the comfort of their own homes. We offer a wide range of one-to-one services tailor made to the needs of the individual. Due to the evolution of our business we are looking to appoint a Recruitment & Training Manager who wants to develop their career as well as support the growth of our company. Based at our office in Greater London you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and delivering the training for our care staff whilst working closely with the Director and operations department to retain existing members of staff. Your success will be measured by your ability to attract and retain good quality staff. A sense of urgency, with a close eye on quality is vital part of the recruitment and training process.
