Recruitment and Welfare Officer | Cornwall Do you have experience in recruitment and staff welfare? If so, this could be the role for you. About Our Client We are recruiting for a family farm based in Cornwall, currently farming over 5000 acres supplying fresh produce direct to customers. They are looking to employ and recruit a welfare officer to join the small team. About the Role As Recruitment and Welfare Officer you will cover all recruitment for the Farm and Packhouse. Working very closely with key stakeholders within the business. You will be responsible for all company inductions and onboarding requirements. You will also be looking after all housing requirements for the business. The role will be Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, but additional out of hours may be required at certain times. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level, and have had previous experience in a similar role within a fresh / food business. You will have excellent communication skills and a 2nd language would be an advantage. Salary Competitive salary depending on experience. If you feel you have the required skills please apply below.
