The role involves: • Working closely with the resourcing team to gather Market Information and Leads on Vacancies and Live opportunities. • Building a solid database with customers who utilise the services of Recruiters in line with core business • Making a large number of outbound telephone calls - some cold calling • Building Relationships and Rapport quickly through telephone/ email communications • Develop and execute specific marketing campaigns • Appointment set for the operations managers to attend. This is a targeted role and we are looking for the best! Ideally you will have preveious experience in an appointment setting role and have a real passion for sales. You will be reporting directly to the operations manager and be given full training, progression opportunity is available for those who exceed targets. What you need to succeed: • At least 12 months B2B sales experience, ideally in an appointment making role • Professional and confident attitude • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written • A target driven attitude to work • Rapport building and objection handling ability
