Job Description

Position: Recruitment Skills Coach Location: Bristol Package: £27,000 - £30,000 plus completion bonuses between £4-7k per year You'll be an experienced recruiter yourself, who has more recently been working within the world of apprenticeships and accredited training, ideally delivering recruitment apprenticeships, or closely related programmes (Sales, Team Leading, Management, Customer Service etc). The role offers a chance to join a national provider who offer a wide range of apprenticeship provision. These guys are winning more and more Levy contracts, hence the role. Solid resources allowing you to focus on the learners and give them the best chance of progressing through their programme. Most of your initial learners are starting their programmes, and will be based across an area spanning mainly across Bristol and near by areas in the South West. The role will consist of remote delivery, as well as work place learning where you will work with your learners in groups and on an individual basis through their qualifications. On top of the salary, 25 days holiday, flexible working, plus expenses including mileage, and the tools of the job (mobile, laptop)
