My client is one of the leading recruitment companies in the UK, specializing in the Education sector. They have been listed on The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list for 2 years running and have been nominated for multiple awards such as Recruitment Agency of The Year, Best Recruitment Team of The Year and Best Customer Service. They are now looking for up to 6 recent school/college leavers to join their prestigious Recruitment Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven, money motivated individuals to kick start their career in the recruitment sector. Responsibilities: * Resource skilled candidates for live requirements across a multitude of clients * Work closely with Senior Consultants and Account Managers to delivery candidate resources and take directive and advise from superiors * Report to Director (directly and indirectly) with daily, weekly and monthly status reports * Learn niche sector technology buzz words and general industry knowledge to promote your knowledge in recruitment marketing campaigns * Network via robust and deep candidate CRM marketing pool as well as forms of social media (LinkedIN, etc) * Manage candidate recruitment process from initial contact to interview setup stages * Have an excellent telephone manner as this role is 90% phone based. * Good general PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, other) * Personal skills require: common sense, initiative, tenacity, commitment to seeing a task through to completion.
