Job Description

The role requires someone with the passion to help people succeed in their chosen career. With good industry experience, you will use your own knowledge to teach, develop and coach learners through their work based qualification, resulting in achievement of their individualised learning plan This is a full time post and we offer a competitive basic salary (depending on experience). Own car is required. Willingness to travel is a must, as delivery is conducted on employer’s sites. Typical tasks will include: ** * Enrolling a learner onto programme and developing an individualised learning plan. * Conducting visits with learners to deliver quality training and assessment. * Reviewing progress with employers and learners and planning next steps. * Marking learner work via use of an E Portfolio system. * Ensuring the constant welfare of learners that you come into contact with. * Assisting with the development of resources to ensure up-to-date and high quality training and delivery. * Promoting apprenticeships, including encouragement for progression routes. * Keeping records of learner’s progress including setting SMART targets. You must have: ** * A minimum of 5 years sector experience in the areas of Recruitment/sales consultant. * A minimum of 2 year teaching/vocational delivery in Recruitment qualifications. * A1 or equivalent and PTLLS qualification * Have maths, English L2 - functional skills are an essential part of an apprenticeship and being successful in this role involves supporting learners to achieve this aspect of their qualification. * Be organised and methodical in your approach. * Have excellent communication skills, essentially face to face. * Be professional, personal and approachable in your dealings with learners, employers and colleagues. * Be well presented * Be flexible - the sector is ever changing, and it is important you can adapt to change positively. * Be good at building relationships with employers, learners and all colleagues. * Be effective at working to deadlines and targets. * Be a team player.
