Job Description

Working closely with internal and external key stakeholders, while delivering a range of quality provisions, you will follow internal code of practise and or the agreed procedure for any awarding bodies. Delivering Recruitment Level 2 and 3 qualifications, Functional Skills and some business services qualifications. Train, asses, motivate and support learners on programs towards achieving qualifications including Apprenticeships and NVQs within a sector specific area and in a variety of locations and environments / organisations. Promote, believe in and deliver training in accordance with industry guidelines and core values , including the promotion of equality and diversity in all lessons. In addition all Training advisers must maintain appropriate Health and safety documentation during visits and remain vigilant to any safeguarding issues which may arise and escalate in accordance with training policies and procedures. Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved training materials, promoting standardisation. Use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner. Maximise the use of e- learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways. Utilise the use of learners lesson plan to records and endorse the journey the learner has undergone towards achieving their qualification. This along with all other documentation should be completed accurately and timely to support the overall business objective and also to ensure all materials are available on request for audit purposes. Achieve all monthly, quarterly and annual targets in the most costs effective method while actively promoting the services offered by the training and capitalising on any business development opportunities. Maintain employer involvement throughout the programme and encourage all parties to actively use the online portal Etrack to record activities and also support the learner during their qualification. To improve employer support and involvement, training advisers should issue all parties with log in details, including employers so they can assess and view their staff progression at any time during the qualification.
