Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Assessor IV to Manage, assess and train a caseload of learners through an Apprenticeship or Training programme. The Assessor IV will be delivering the apprenticeship framework up to Level 3 Recruitment in work based environment covering the South Yorkshire area. As the lead Assessor IV you will ideally have your V1 qualification to internally verify other trainers and assessors. Key duties of Recruitment Assessor IV include: · Maintain accurate records of learner assessments and achievements · Deliver workshops, one to one instruction and /or training sessions relating to knowledge and skills development. · Maintain efficient record keeping and tracking systems. · Conduct assessment, evaluation and progress reviews as appropriate. · Plan, undertake, record and report on IV activity · Quality assure all paperwork for staff ensuring compliance with quality and contract requirements Skills, knowledge & experience requirement · High attention to detail · Excellent organisational skills · A1 Qualification · V1 Qualification · Cert ED or · PTTLS, CTTLS or DTTLS Qualifications · Good knowledge of the Recruitment sector Recruitment Assessor IV Package & benefits £23,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experience Consultant Contact Details Please contact Nicky Morland who is managing this vacancy on behalf of our client, contact Nicky quoting job ref no 1825.
