KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Work Based Learning and Welfare to Work sectors. Job Title: Recruitment Assessor / Trainer Location: South West - Must be flexible with travel Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Dependent on experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Bonus, Mileage + Much More Type: Full-time, Permanent Duties include: * Assessing and delivering; Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer and Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeships, to learners employed within the recruitment sector. * Deliver full training and support learners through Functional Skills – Maths, English & IT up to level 2. * Visit and observe learners in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications. * Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. * Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. * Support, advise and motivate learners. * Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. * Work to learner review and completion timescales. * Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. * Assessors are expected to take part in learner recruitment to maintain own caseload. Essential Criteria: * Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA. * Must have experience of working as a commercial Recruitment Consultant within an Agency setting. * Ideally have experience of Assessing Recruitment Apprenticeships, but on this occasion we are able to consider candidates who have assessed within other vocational sectors such as Admin, Customer Service, Sales etc, but hold Recruitment competency and the willingness to assess within this sector. * Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. * Must be flexible with travel. Personal Skills: * Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. * Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. * Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
