Thera Group is looking for a full-time Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team in Grantham. The Role The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for the administration in the recruitment process. This is a varied and busy role so the ideal candidate will need to be organised and able to work to tight deadlines. The role will involve speaking to Managers about clearing candidates ready to start work, and advising candidates about the recruitment process. The Recruitment Assistant will also be responsible for obtaining all right to work information, obtaining reference and adhering to CQC requirements. This is great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to expand their skill set and move into HR.
