Job Title: Recruitment Assistant Function of Role: Initially to provide administrative & recruitment support to Consultants, with a view to progressing to becoming a Recruitment Consultant following training period. Duties include (but are not restricted to) - Answering the telephone and dealing with telephone enquiries. - Providing cover and back up for clerical activities elsewhere in the front office - Timesheets – receipt and despatch to payroll - Providing assistance to consultants in the execution of their duties including: - Adapt database maintenance and rejuvenation - Candidate data input on Adapt - Contacting pre-selected candidates regarding vacancies - Preparation of CV`s for submission - Arrangement and coordination of interviews - Document control - Client/ worker liaison - Coordinating assigned requirements - Collation of information for security clearance - Placing advertisements Skills required - Confident telephone manner - Strong organisational skills - IT literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Enjoy working in a fast paced, reactive environment
