Job Description

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support their apprenticeship team on a permanent basis in Lincoln. This is a varied role where your day is likely to involve, but won’t be limited to: Interviewing prospective apprentices Sending out interview confirmations Advertising vacancies and managing job boards Updating window adverts Making review calls to employers Collating paperwork for new apprentices Creating student files Attending careers events A range of admin tasks This role plays a vital part in our apprenticeship and traineeship recruitment programme. The ideal applicant will work full time (Monday to Friday 9-5) but part time hours will be considered. If you are organised, IT literate, a good administrator and ideally have experience in a similar role, then we would love to hear from you! Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 mins lunch break Location: Office based - Lincoln Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience with performance related bonus To apply please email your CV and salary expectations to Sadie.
