Job Description

Exciting new vacancy for an energetic Assistant with Recruitment or Training administration experience, to join my Client's key team in Beaconsfield. THE ROLE: Supporting the Recruitment & Training Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting in the recruitment of live-in and daily carers, including telephone interviewing, organising face to face interviews and all recruitment administration. * Ensuring all references and compliance requirements are completed. * Supporting new recruitment initiatives such as recruitment days and events, as well as using social media. * Co-ordinating the Company's induction training programme for new carers, ensuring all training material is available on time and completing relevant training records. THE PERSON: You'll have gained some recruitment/resourcing administrative experience, ideally within the Care Sector and demonstrate a strong organisational ability. You'll also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with an outgoing, confident and positive outlook. The role would suit candidates from HR, Resourcing, Recruitment, Training Administrative and Care backgrounds, who want to become part of a highly respected, quality driven organisation where people come first.
