Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator, based in Norwich, is currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join their team. * Do you have previous recruitment experience? * Are you looking for a new challenge, working within a fast-paced environment? * Do you have experience within resourcing, interviewing and successfully placing candidates? If so, this role could be the one for you! The role is initially on a 6-month temporary contract. This a full time, 37.5-hour week position. Job duties include but aren’t limited to: * Resourcing * Interviewing candidates * Creating Job Adverts * Strong administrator with attention to detail * Strong relationship management * Pro-active As the Recruitment Assistant, you be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail. You will have strong relationship management with a pro-active approach and be flexible to have a wider remit role e.g Contractor Management. The desired candidate will have previous experience of recruiting, interviewing & advertising, along with other basic HR duties. You will be prepared to work at a fast pace within a pressured environment. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual. You will be honest and reliable with the determination to succeed.
