The Role: About the Client Our client is a leading independent Oil & Gas Company operating in 14 countries across the globe, ranging from Northern Europe to Africa and from Latin America to Southeast Asia. This opportunity will be working for our UK subsidiary which manages onshore and offshore operations in the Southern North Sea. Role Overview This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to continue a career within the client Recruitment Team This role will be a contract based position for an initial 6 months in duration and will be to work 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday. It will be to support the Senior Recruitment Business Partner in all aspects of day to day recruitment process for both the client On and Offshore operations. Required competencies * Previous recruitment experience * Resourcing * Interviewing experience * Creating Job Adverts (not essential but would be beneficial) * Strong administrator with attention to detail * Strong relationship management * Pro-active * Flexible to have a wider remit role i.e. contractor management Duties * Managing the vacancy mailbox - saving CVs and updating trackers (RJF log/dashboard). * Arranging interviews, i.e. booking of rooms and sending calendar invites to the relevant line managers. * Also e-mailing invites to candidates and notifying reception of visitors. * Agreeing job description and creation, ensuring PCAP and SCE are included. * Managing the posting and closing of job adverts . * Create interview packs and schedule. * Save approvals to public folder/new mailbox. * Release recruitment justification forms to line managers. * Maintain Talentbank and cleanse Talentbank monthly. * Issuing work orders and process candidate expenses. * Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
