Are you interested in working with Fox? We’re looking for 4 on-site Coordinators to help support us at two of our busy Corby contracts ** UK DRIVING LICENSE AND ACCESS TO A VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL** Are you confident, well organised, and resilient with experience of supporting a Recruitment office, within all areas of Administration? Or On-Site? Fox Resourcing & Recruitment is one of Northamptonshires most established employment agencies. Here at Fox Resourcing & Recruitment we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator . The role is based on-site at one of our contractors You will employed to offer support the existing team during our busy period. The role is to start immediately. Your daily duties will include: You will be based on-site and work between our Corby office and our local Corby based client You will be required to work two shifts 5.30am to 3.00pm 1.30pm to 10.30pm Rotating – Job sharing weekly – This is a Monday to Friday role at the moment, it may include WK-Ends in the future You will be required to work a min 40 hours per week You will be required to check in staff daily at 6am / 2pm and 10pm, You will be required to deal with any issues on site and help check all H&S measures have been looked at and sorted Other duties to include : * Screening, interviewing and registering temporary candidates * Carrying out inductions in line with client requirements * Managing our applicant pool and databases by keeping them up to date * Ensuring all paperwork is completed in full, and in line with compliance guidelines * Making and receiving calls to recruit for our client Our ideal candidate: * Must drive and have own transport * You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Must be well organised * You must have effective communication skills * Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel - Essential * Experience working in a busy office environment * The ability to work to tight deadlines and having a Go Go attitude. ·The emphasis of this role is servicing our clients to the highest standard possible. ·Full training is provided on the robust internal procedures. ·This is a great opportunity for someone who is already working in recruitment and is looking for an environment where they can move their career forward. Duties ·Sourcing candidates & Interviewing Candidates ·Show casing our customer by taking potential candidates onsite to show them round and the environment ·Maintaining strong client relationships ·Working on an on call basis (weekdays and weekends) – There is a company phone you will need to take responsibility off.
