Job Description

Recruitment Branch Manager Duties; Branch Manager required to manage a new branch opening based in Worcester. The Worcester branch is currently supported and run by the Head Office Operations Manager and is currently supplying over 250 hours worth of care and nursing each week. Smithridge Healthcare has just completed its 4th year in business and is already widely recognised as the agency of choice throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire regions. We currently hold national preferred supply status with the largest healthcare providers in the UK, along with local agreements within the private independent sector. As a branch manager you will be responsible for building your own team, training, mentoring and sales delivery in line with company policies and procedures.
