As a Recruitment Branch Manager you will have full responsibility for a branch, ensuring all areas of Sales, Service and Temp management are met. With the support of the Directors, you will be utilising a combination of account management, recruitment and new business expertise, responsible for actively generating revenue through business development. The Recruitment Branch Manager is expected to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the business, tasked with meeting 100% fulfilment in the 3 areas of Quality, Supply and Communication and ensuring 100% compliance, whilst developing new partnerships to increase revenue. The Recruitment Branch Manager actively works with clients to establish and meet temporary hiring and placement requirements. Recruits and administers a large, diverse group of temporary staff and resolves all human resources-related issues pertaining to the temporary pool. An emphasis on Sales will ensure that the Recruitment Branch Manager successfully meets and exceeds targets. The role encompasses candidate attraction and selection, client development and relationship building. Your role will include things like: Managing a team of consultants/resourcer’s Ensuring KPI’s, client expectations, business growth and retention, continuous green audits and 100% compliance is met Pro-actively engaging with clients to expand business and ensure repeat business Daily, weekly, monthly assignment monitoring Identify, investigate and convert leads generated by the team and individually Communicate and meet clients daily to ensure a good customer service and identify additional business Maintain internal database with information relating to TE’s and clients Identify and pro-actively develop new revenue generating opportunities Organise paperwork and timesheets associated with temps Advertise new vacancies on Job Boards Expand your own desk to achieve 300 temporary workers out Expanding the reputation of TMR Providing and promoting the Gold Standard of service to all clients Enforce and actively promote company policies and procedures Increase productivity and meet sales targets Motivate and manage your team effectively 24 hours support; immediate support including fulfilling of orders for extra staff; out of hours support Provide KPI’s reports timely and with 100% accuracy to line managers/Directors. Meet targets set by line managers/Directors daily This position would include: Highly competitive basic salary. Pension contribution Holiday pay Quarterly Bonus.
