Duties and Responsibilities: Financial: Performance against branch budget including; Teacher days invoiced, Perm Fees invoiced, Gross Profit, Net Profit, Gross Margin – the expectation is for the budget to be met and exceeded in these areas. • Weekly and ad hoc reports to be provided on branch performance. • Provide branch business plans to cover each term Business Development Sales activity – planning, direction, monitoring and delivery or sales activity in line with KPI’s to achieve the requirements of branch • Identify and develop/assist your team members to develop new/lapsed clients. • Identify, monitor and assist your team members in developing existing business to ensure continued usage and explore ways of increasing this. • Ensure all members of your team strive to find out and meet the requirements of their candidates. • Direct the launch of any new company products within your branch. Personnel Management Retention of staff through secure working environment and office culture setting clear expectations, appraisals, coaching and feedback. • Ensure staff appraisals are carried out in line with company policy. • Set and monitor targets with team through KPI’s, budgets and in line with P&L’s. • Induction of new staff in line with company induction policy. • Identification of training requirement of team, addressing in branch wherever possible in order for them to achieve their full potential. Quality of Service • Have appropriate knowledge and understanding of current legislation governing recruitment and the education sector and ensure they are adhered to within branch. • Have appropriate knowledge and understanding of the company procedures and ensure they are adhered to within branch. • Commitment to delivering a quality service which you will continually monitor.
