As one of the UKs most established and fast growing education specialist recruitment business the role as Branch Manager is an integral part the company.  Based in Sheffield you will enjoy working for a company that understands how to reward good performance offering a realistic and achievable bonus OTE circa £50,000 plus many other benefits.   The company is a global organisation with 50 offices in the UK.  Within the last 10 years it was won the Recruiter Awards best temporary agency award and hold the REC audited status, ISO 9001 and Investors in People accreditations.   As the Recruitment Branch Manager you will be responsible for: - Managing an existing team of 4 consultants, creating a high performance sales and activity environment; - Creating and executing a strategic business plan; - Account management of client accounts, growing your own secondary and special needs desk; - Profit and loss, achieving financial budgets; - Negotiating pricing and establishing contracts with suppliers.   The successful Recruitment Branch Manager will have the following skills and experience: - Have worked within a team leader, supervisor, coaching, mentoring, managerial role with experience of growing and developing a team of at least 2 people; - Experience within an education recruitment agency – experience within other sectors will also be considered; - Have proven sales experience, generating new business, achieving sales targets and account managing clients; - A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required to carry out client visits.   In return, you will receive a basic salary of up to £37,000 pa plus a realistic bonus structure OTE circa £50,000 pa.  The company offer regular incentives, certified training, and reduced working hours within school holidays.   To apply for the role as Recruitment Branch Manager click apply online and submit your CV.
