Branch Manager / Recruitment / M&E Blue Collar  Industry: Recruitment Sector: M&E Building Services, Engineering Services, Blue Collar The role is based in our busy and modern Heywood branch, however we may also give you a flexibility of working from our Flixton office (3 days per week - if this location was a candidates' preffered choice).  This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment specialist who is looking for the career move that can offer endless opportunities and excellent career path. (It is a 1.8bn Euro turnover Company with a network of over 300 Offices in several Countries, operating across Supply Chain, Construction and Engineering Sectors).    We are looking for a Billing Branch Manager to develop clients and relationships within the engineering industry to allow the businesses to fulfil their recruitment needs. You will be responsible for delivering new business contracts, mainly, within Blue Collar Engineering sector of our business. We would like a new Branch Manager to concentrate mainly on the Business Development within M&E Building Services sector and to target companies that would look for blue collar personnel.   What do we offer? We mainly cover Blue collar roles within the Process industries e.g. Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Biomass waste to energy, Waste Water Treatment, Power Generation. Roles we recruit for are… Industrial Electricians, CompEx Electricians, Instrument Technicians, Electrical Supervisors, Pipefitters, Welders, Mechanical Fitters, Riggers, Scaffolders, Thermal Insulation Engineers, Painters, TAR Planners, Project Engineers, Mechanical Supervisors. We are looking for an experienced individual who can bring energy, drive, enthusiasm and ambition to grow this division. We are looking for: Proven experience (around 5 years) in B2B environment Previous experience from working in the Recruitment industry is required (ideally M&E, Blue Collar) Applications from proven 360 Recruiters welcomed who have now made the decision to focus their career on business development rather than servicing Willing to develop sales opportunities from a range of sources from cold calling through to working in partnership with highly valued intermediaries Experience of putting together major deal / tender propositions Experience of winning new business within Blue Collar Engineering (engineering services/ building services) Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships and empathise and influence High level of tenacity drive and motivation to deliver impressive results Smart in appearance, credible, professional and a confident communicator We would be keen to talk to ambitious recruiters who can demonstrate a track record of billing in blue collar engineering services/building services, labour and trades, or white-collar perm or temp recruitment. The Role Developing new business via self-made appointments across key pre-determined business sectors Identifying and evaluating prospective clients to generate new business for the company Managing client activities including calls, sales presentations and proposals Liaising with field based operational colleagues in order to gain awareness of issues or opportunities and to request support for delivering complex sales propositions Working to and meeting annual targets that are reviewed on a regular basis linked to a compensation scheme Conducting on-going market research to develop your knowledge of the market Taking part in networking opportunities, some of which may be out of hours to broaden your contact database The completion of sales reports on a weekly basis to summarise activity and to provide commentary and forecast information.
