OPR have been in Woking for 24 years and we have developed relationships with a large number of local clients since our business began. We are a generalist agency supplying temporary and permanent staff to the local businesses of Woking and the surrounding areas. OPR are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Business Development Consultant to come on board and propel new business. This will be for an initial 2 month period with the chance of it being extended on great results. With Businesses slowly starting to head back to the office, this is a great time to start building a pipeline of new clients. Expectations and Experience: * 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment Business Development with a proven track record of success * Self-Motivated and Ability to work in a fast paced office * Knowledge working in Woking and the Surrounding areas * High volume of outbound BD calls per day * Degree Qualified preferred but not essential * Experience across office recruitment essential OPR are offering a day rate of up to £200 per day, with flexibility to work from home one day a week and manage your own diary. We also offer commission on a discretionary basis. The right Recruitment Business Development Consultant will be able to hit the ground running and won’t need managing, you will however be given full training on the company data base and be supported by the back office team. This role is to start in September and will be an initial two month contract, which will be reviewed, with potential extensions available. We will be shortlisting at the end of July, and interviewing for this position over the course of the second and third week of August.
