Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to support us attract, convert and assess high calibre talent for our roles. You’ll be responsible for promoting best practice across all areas of recruitment. Leading the development and delivery of a high-quality recruitment and onboarding service, working in partnership with hiring managers providing expert advice, coaching and support. You’ll need to be flexible and agile in your approach, with in-house recruiter experience in the charity / public sector. You’ll be used to recruiting a high volume of candidates to a wide range of roles in a fast-paced environment
