Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. This role will initially be working from home with the view to be based in our Derby or Blackburn office in the future so applicants must reside within a commutable distance from either office. Role Details: Recruitment Business Partners (RBP) at Assystem work closely with business leaders and line managers to build resourcing capability that will assist the designated function (and wider business) to achieve its current & future objectives. Accountable for understanding and delivering recruitment demand within the relevant business unit, the RBP takes a strategic approach to providing a high-quality resourcing service to Assystem whilst managing their own portfolio of requirements. This position will play a key role in delivering a large, long-term MSP contract in Derby. You will take a lead role in developing and managing relationships across our client's business and will ensure Assystem source and secure great talent to work on some of the UK's most exciting engineering projects. Responsibilities will include: Manage and be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within your designated business unit(s) Undertake regular reviews of the recruitment process to ensure organisational requirements are met, making recommendations for change where necessary Liaise with hiring managers & business leaders to understand recruitment priorities and requirements to develop forward load plans. Work alongside Recruitment Business Partners & management team with strategic workforce planning activities Manage & develop Recruiters within your area and assist across the team when required Assist with the recording & reporting of recruitment KPI's to measure and monitor team and individual performance Oversee the delivery of all recruitment requirements within your business unit, including your own portfolio of vacancies Source and attract candidates through a variety of search resources including social media & talent pools (supported by Resourcers) Your Background: First, you'll be a great recruiter with a strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle (Undertaking role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding). You will be working on a high-volume account so you will need to consistently deliver against your own portfolio of vacancies his role is overseeing the management of an engineering MSP, ideally you will have previously worked on a similar type of contract as a Senior Recruiter, Account Manager or Business Partner. Along with this, we are looking for an individual who has experience with (or at least an understanding of) Managing a small team of Recruiters/Resourcers Recruitment metrics & reporting Managing internal & external stakeholders Continuous improvement of recruitment processes Financial reporting & forecasting Please note: Interviews will take place using Microsoft Teams week commencing 5th April 2021 **Security clearance** Whilst we encourage applications from all nationalities, Assystem within the UK are subject to security and export control restrictions due to the nature of work to be undertaken.
