Role: Recruitment Business Partner Salary: £35,000-45,000 Location: Essex   The Client My client is a leading healthcare provider of residential, nursing and dementia care delivered in a first-class environment, providing the very highest standards of care to their residents. My client believes great care starts with great people, so they are keen bring in likeminded professional individual who will share their commitment to delivering high quality care.   The Role • As Recruitment Business Partner you will play a key role in delivering our People strategy as well as shape and guide their recruitment and talent attraction plans. • You will utilise your recruitment expertise to meet the talent needs of the organisation, ensuring the right people are recruited at the right time with the right skills, knowledge and competencies, while controlling costs. • This will involve overseeing internal processes, developing our employer brand and implementing effective talent attraction strategies including direct sourcing and social media. • You will screen and shortlist for a wide range of roles as well as support line managers with sound advice while developing their recruitment skills. • You will also manage candidate communication, ensuring any engagement with the business is a positive experience. • Important too will be the ability to manage external recruitment suppliers, ensuring we enjoy value for money and the highest service standards.   Requirements • Experience of working as an in-house recruiter. • Expert at sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates at all levels you will be skilled at developing innovative talent acquisition strategies that cover a wide range of sourcing channels. • Highly organised, you will be comfortable delivering multiple recruitment projects and possess up to date knowledge of employment legislation and practices. • A good communicator and influencer you build relationships quickly and are able to demonstrate the ability to impact from day one.   Gilbert Meher Search & Selection Our approach is all about relationship building.
