We are currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our team in Manchester. As a Recruitment Candidate Consultant your typical day will involve: * Resourcing candidates for specified roles, primarily within the Care and Support Work sectors * Advertising for roles through various sources including web adverts, social media, referrals and networks, to attract the best talent * Conducting interviews with candidates by telephone to identify suitable candidates, and discussing the benefits of working with Randstad * Building a pool of candidates relevant to your specified roles * Managing candidates through the recruitment process, and delivering the best experience to every applicant * Liaising with colleagues to ensure that your candidates meet specifications, and are placed into work * Ensuring that all databases and systems are up to date, and that records are complete and accurate * Delivering an exceptional service in all aspects of your role, and becoming an expert in the field in which you are working To be successful in this role you will be: * An excellent communicator, and be competent when liaising with people by telephone, e-mail or social media * Experienced in the recruitment field, or have a passion to work within the recruitment sector * Attentive to detail, and maintain high standards in every aspect of your role * Able to learn quickly and to keep up to date with new requirements, techniques and changes in the industry * A team player, and able to deliver on your individual responsibilities whilst supporting the goals of the team and business * Goal orientated, and demonstrate a desire and tenacity to achieve goals which are set * Customer focused, and proactively strive to achieve the best outcome for all involved Working for us you will benefit from: * Competitive holiday allowance, increasing with length of service * Flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle * Vibrant working environment and team atmosphere * Excellent training from day one and throughout your career * Opportunity to progress for the right individual If you are interested in discussing this opportunity further, do not hesitate to get in touch my applying below!
