Recruitment Candidate Resourcer Harvey Jacob is a boutique construction recruitment consultancy, specialising in the Fit out & Refurbishment, Residential and Main Contracting sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director based out of a home / office in Christchurch, Dorset. You will get to work closely and learn from someone who has over 20 years’ consistent success recruiting within this sector, having spent time working in London and abroad with corporates, SME’s and for the last 14 years as a Director for own business. The successful candidate’s role will be to work as the right hand person to the Director, carrying out a variety of tasks, with direction and training provided. Roles & Responsibilities include: * Coding of clients on database * Researching clients & contact details to add to database, via LinkedIn and company websites * Contacting new and existing candidates * Write up job adverts for roles we pick up and put them on our website for people to apply to. We also put these same jobs on certain job boards as well as social media like LinkedIn * Formatting CVs * If we can’t find someone on our database or no one applies that is suitable for the role from the website we need to headhunt to find a person. This means we reach out to people in our network (people on the database or linked in) until someone recommends a suitable candidate. We then approach this person and sell the idea of the role to them and hope they are keen to move. * Using job boards * Linkedin * Reference checks * Meeting targets set out by the Director * Database Management Salary £18,000 per annum + Pension. Commission / Bonus upon completing probation period Looking to interview in November 2020 with a view to emplying Dec 2020 / Jan 2021 All on the job training for the role and industry you will be recruiting for will be provided
