Recruitment Candidate Resourcer - Tonbridge We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Candidate Resourcer for our busy office in Tonbridge to start ASAP. Are you looking to get your foot on the ladder in Recruitment? Do you like dealing with people? Are you passionate about getting people out to work or helping a client to find the right candidate? Then this could be the ideal role for you The role will include but not be limited to the following activities: * Sourcing CVs for all active requests passed through by Business Development. * Adhering to company standards in complying with all relevant legislation. * Telephoning and developing relationships with new candidates along with maintaining relationships with the existing candidate database * swiftly resolve client and candidate queries or complaints * Maintenance of the database including CV entry * Communicating with candidates via the telephone and email in connection with job assignments * Liaise closely with/support Business Development Consultants by being knowledgeable about client accounts. * Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested whilst working within a team Ideal candidates will have: * Strong desire to succeed * Able to work under pressure * Strong time management skills - able to meet deadlines * Be highly organised and able to multi-task * Have good attention to detail * Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.
