We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work for Outsource Training and Development, a subsidiary company of the Seetec Group, for their Contact Centre division based in the Wootton Bassett Office. The purpose of the Contact Centre is to manage the recruitment campaigns for all existing and new accounts with Apprenticeship vacancy opportunities. We offer a robust recruitment service to help place young people within a number of blue chip and SME organisations. As part of the apprenticeship recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating and advertising vacancies, screening applications and promoting young people to employers and vice versa. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising, promoting, selling, and arranging interviews as well as client relationship engagement. Our Recruitment Coordinators act as an Ambassador for Apprenticeships to our clients and young people by positively promoting the range of services the Company delivers at every opportunity. Key Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment duties required to support the recruitment process for all account apprenticeship cohorts. Use effective questioning, listening and influencing skills to identify client needs and identify a potential solution from our Apprenticeship portfolio. Generate high quality promotional activity to market vacancies and attract talented young individuals. Responsible for maintaining effective communication and data administration between assessors and learners on all programmes. Skills and Experience Grade A-C in both Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent Experience within sales, recruitment and/or customer service environment Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Target and result driven A positive and enthusiastic approach with a “can do” attitude Experience working in a challenging and fast paced environment Good understanding of the education system and qualifications is beneficial Good understanding of GDPR legislation is beneficial Must hold UK driving licence, access to own car and willing to travel to multi-site locations.
