Cheshire based. ·As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support a busy BP in managing a wide range of resourcing duties. ·This will involve maintenance and upkeep of ATS systems, you will need to be good on Excel and ensure the systems and data are accurate and fit for purpose. ·You will be sourcing some unique candidates and talent to join this business within a software and engineering field, building relationships and managing the candidate journey is key. ·A sound knowledge of social media methods and candidate attraction is an advantage. ·Recruitment co-ordination, arranging a conducting interviews, We are considering candidates from both in house and agency environments, and you must be able to demonstrate your experience within a fast paced environment! You could be a strong HR administrator or Assistant who has managed a lot of resourcing and looking to move into a Recruitment role.
