Recruitment Consultant - Nursing & Healthcare  Location: Cheadle, SK8 Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus exceptional bonus structure. We are looking to source an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join an independent recruitment company looking to expand due to several large contracts being acquired. We seek high achieving recruitment consultants with a proven track record, able to manage and develop existing relationships with clients whilst also possessing the ability to build new business opportunities. This position offers a salary which reflects our intention to attract the best consultants in the business, it is a result orientated industry so hard work and dedication are essential in order to achieve but for those who work hard the earning potential is second to none. Duties of the Recruitment Consultant: • You will manage the full process of recruitment for your clients, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the recruitment process and aftercare. • The role will involve either taking over a warm desk and building the business or setting up a new desk and developing business, recruiting qualified staff within the care and nursing home sector, mainly from Registered Nurse level through to Senior Management positions. • The company has got many contracts in place with providers already. You will be able to use the excellent reputation of the company and its existing relationships to build additional business. • You will have responsibility for managing and developing new client relationships. Requirements of the Recruitment Consultant: • Previous experience in a recruitment or business to business sales role is essential for this consultant role. • You will need first class communication and presentation skills, and to be tactful and diplomatic in dealing with the expectations of clients and candidates. • You will also need a good level of IT Skills. • The ability to effectively sell and market both yourself and my clients services with personality and flair. • The ability to identify, source and place candidates with varied and often complex clients. • The ability to think on your feet and be able to spot opportunities for both clients and candidates alike • Be strong willed, able to handle rejection and above all be prepared to put the hard work in to achieve the outcomes required
