Position: Recruitment Consultant Location:Thame Salary 18k - 22k Purpose of Job To take on responsibility for the recruitment of personnel (primarily for field sales positions) on behalf client groups thereby enabling the company, and its clients, to meet their business objectives. You will provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates and establish strong working relationships with your key internal contacts within the client groups you are working with Principal Accountabilities Plan and manage your own workload using the department tools available, following company administration procedures ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met. Obtain full briefs from hiring managers when receiving a new vacancy, ensuring that all the details are correct and you fully understand the type of candidate they are looking for. Reviewing standard recruitment documents for your clients and vacancies regularly to see that they still match the requirements and recommending any changes Attracting candidates using all the available tools and resources Screen, identify and put forward candidates by matching their skills, experience, geography and desire for job to client-specific requirements. Co-ordinate and arrange face to face interviews with hiring managers. Requesting venues, confirming and sending interview packs to hiring managers and sending written confirmation to candidates and confirming them again prior to interview. Working within the recruitment team to regularly review which recruitment methods are working in order to make recommendations for future vacancies. Maintain high administration standards, ensuring all information is updated accurately and communicate promptly within the expected timescales. Handle enquiries from candidates and your internal clients promptly and effectively.
