Job Description

Due to an increase in business we are looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our team based in Swindon. Working in a vibrant team you will be a crucial member across our industrial desk while being supported by a resourcing team and our Sales Manager. £18,000 to £22,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus which increases in line with performance against targets. · Full training package and support · 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays The Role: · Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients within the industrial sector · Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building. · Managing current client relationships to ensure client stabilisation and repeat business is maintained – carrying out regular service visits is key to this area. · Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction. · Attending local networking events to raise brand awareness and promote Responsive Personnel at all times · Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets. · Build key relationships with clients and candidates · Perform On Call duties as required · Ensure all bookings are filled within set timescales and with the correct skill sets The Candidate: · Experience within the Industrial recruitment sector · Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue targets. · Ability to source and generate new sales leads. · Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates · Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source high calibre candidates matching to these. · Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future · Strong administration skills and an eye for detail · A minimum of 1 years full cycle recruitment experience, is absolutely essential for this role · Full Driving Licence and own transport – business mileage is reimbursed
