It's that time again: time to grow!
New financial year means new business plans which, in turn, means I am looking for a Recruitment Consultant that can make a big impact on our business.
I'm hoping you already know who we are but if not then I'll explain. We’re a family owned healthcare recruitment agency with offices around the UK and a few in Australia too. We already have around 60 staff across the UK and Glasgow is our head office so you'll get to rub shoulders with the big wigs...lucky you.
We are ideally looking for someone who does, or has previously, recruited in the healthcare sector with great results. But that's what everyone wants, right? Well I guess we better be able to offer some great benefits then...here goes:
For the right person, we are prepared to offer a very handsome basic salary (£30k) plus an attractive and motivating commission structure. You'll be trained by our in-house trainer and will also be able to count on guidance from our Operations Director who boasts 20 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
It's not just in-house training though, just this week we've had our first group of recruiters complete an external recruitment qualification that was fully funded by us. This is something we intend to continue doing for the rest of our recruiters, including you!
