SALARY £25,4000 basic + OTE £35,000 - £45,000 open ended, up to 27 days paid holidays, training, mentoring, excellent prospects. LOCATION: Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent To be considered for this post you must have sales experience, it may be from the recruitment industry, temporary recruitment, estate agency, telesales, telemarketing, or field sales. You need to have, stability, personality, focus, attention to detail and a desire to earn. Over the years we have been very successful at placing experienced business to business sales executives in a variety of industries including FMCG, I.T, B2B Services, Engineering, Construction and Industrial sectors. Due to a general growth in the market we are looking for an important new member for the sales recruitment division. You will be working with a very experienced team who will continue to mentor and train you to a very high standard. The role will depend on your experience, you could be a trainee coming into our business or an experienced recruitment consultant. Our office is very busy at the moment so now would be a terrific time to join for any new person who wants to come in and earn commission very quickly. Successful individuals are also rewarded with basic salary pay rises. As a Consultant, you will take full ownership of an established client bank and be responsible for taking on new vacancies using a full fact-finding process, interviewing targeted candidates, usually face to face in a lot of detail, producing job specifications, adverts, CV's and arranging interviews and facilitating the process through to job offers and placements. Using your polished sales skills and influence at each step, to ensure the process runs smoothly, quickly and efficiently. We do more than just advertise for candidates and this helps us come up with the best possible candidates for each vacancy. To be suitable for the role, you must be tenacious, have an eye for detail and be an excellent sales person. You will also need to be intuitive and highly motivated. You will receive an initial training program to bring you up to speed, the team will work with you on a day to day basis and give you as much support as you need (depending on your levels of experience).
