The Role This role requires you to provide account management support and excellent customer service, maintaining/servicing and developing key accounts. You will also undertake telephone and face to face screening/resourcing, this involves eligibility checks and reference checking to meet audit compliance requirements. You’ll need these important qualities:  Enjoy ‘never being off the phone’ on sales and resourcing calls  Individuals with a recruitment, account management or employer engagement background will be ideal for this role  Adaptable and able to work under pressure, assertive and able to communicate with people at all levels both verbally and written  Able to identify and solve problems and prioritise own workload  Attention to detail and ability to multitask  Active listening skills It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and be a confident and able driver, due to the nature of the role. You must have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK. We offer a full induction and training package to our new staff so you very quickly feel part of the team. Key Responsibilities and Duties  Obtain candidates weekly availability, understanding and getting to know the skills and areas of speciality in order to place them  Regeneration of candidates that have previously registered  Recruit staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and developing candidate networks  Maintain a good working relationship with appropriate referral agencies and to take part in recruitment fairs, exhibitions, presentations, etc.  To promote Learning Curve Group and its services in order to expand potential new candidate databases  Review applications, conduct candidate interviews, manage client interviews and consider candidates and shortlists  Assist with compliance administration, ensure candidate registration paperwork has been completed accurately  Ensure all audit requirements and timescales have been met  Advertise posts appropriately – Working with the Marketing Department to advertise using a wide range of media, magazines and the internet  Continual development of your knowledge by thoroughly researching and understanding competition and industry  Being pro-active in seeing and understanding the full recruitment life cycle  Deliver a service in line with company policy that is acknowledged by customers as being the best  Work with the management team to identify new recruitment tenders and winning bids of large accounts  Generate new business through prospect calls to new and existing clients  Identify opportunities through consultancy led business development to assist all areas of a client’s business, cross-selling different areas of the business and working with them to grow  Use innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques, using comprehensive client briefs, you’ll work to find the best people every time and make a positive impact on your clients business  Assist in the induction and development of new staff (as required)  Ensuring weekly KPI’s are met  Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours  Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company  Comply with the Safeguarding , Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times  Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
