We are a small privately owned organisation that has grown immensely over the past 3 years. We are approved suppliers for many large healthcare providers & we are looking for new talent to assist us to grow. The role of a Recruitment and Sales Consultant with Minerva Nursing is a professional sales role. The role will be required to undertake but not limited to, the following duties: • Advertise vacancies in a professional and attractive manner • Source & contact candidates to match your clients' recruitment needs • Ensure candidates are fully compliant • Negotiate offers between your clients and candidates • Place candidates • Develop business with new clients over the phone • Attend business meetings with new and existing clients • Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for further business • Develop exceptional customer and service levels to all clients Personal Skills and Qualities An ability to sell An ability to think on your feet and think creatively To be consultative in your sales approach To be able to negotiate and influence decision makers To be effective at building long standing relationships within a business environment Planning and Organising Teamwork and Leadership Motivated and Committed Communication skills Delivering Results Decision Making Problem Solving The role will be extremely demanding, however it will also be extremely rewarding as we have one of most competitive commission packages within the market
