19207 Recruitment / Recruitment Consultant - Industrial or Commercial Temps - Wrexham The Package: Salary depends on experience to date; approx 16-22K bonus is generous at 10% of GP after a small threshold. Desks are existing, bonus is immediate!! working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Calling all experienced Recruitment Consultants!! The Recruitment Brief: Ideal candidates will have Recruitment experience and business-to-business sales experience and the desire to grow within the Industrial or Commercial Recruitment environment. Working alongside an experienced and tenacious recruitment team led by a proactive Branch Manager you will be charged with revenue growth and to enhance the effectiveness of this existing temps desk. Placing predominantly within the Industrial and Commercial temp market, responsible for conducting 50 sales calls and 5 client visits per week. You will also have the freedom to make perm placements and build this side of the business. Person Spec: Applying candidates will have a healthy proactive approach to their working life and a real desire to achieve targets and to learn further about the recruitment industry. The role is to generate gross profit, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds personal and team targets. This will include but not be limited to: Manage and Develop existing client relationships Identify and develop new Client relationships Identify and exploit new business opportunities within Client base Fulfilment of Client Vacancies Candidate selection Interview arrangements Managing rate negotiations and offers Candidate Management Ashley Associates UK Ltd are an employment agency practising within the Recruitment to Recruitment marketplace.
