Consultants Required for Manchester Hub Due to our overarching success this year, Perfect Personnel are looking to make strategic hires in key roles within our Manchester Hub. We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment consultant to join our established team at our Manchester Hub. We have a fantastic reputation and track record for developing our staff and supporting the Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical industries, we pride ourselves on our ability to understand our client needs and cover roles from highly skilled engineers roles to executives. We are currently looking for high calibre recruiters within the following disciplines: • Manufacturing • Engineering As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for: • Develop new business and deepen existing client relationships, utilising your skills to negotiate to and agree terms of business. • Identifying and qualifying target clients that align with our business growth strategy. • Attending client visits. • Delivering a complete 360 recruitment process • Managing client and candidate experience and provide solutions to recruitment challenges. • Attracting suitable candidates through the use of adverts, utilising job boards/social media, our internal database on Bullhorn and your own professional network. • Interviewing candidates. • Attend networking events and trade exhibitions to develop business and deepen brand awareness of Perfect Personnel. Our Ideal Consultants will have: • A specialist recruitment background in a manufacturing, engineering or similar industry sector. • A good level of written and verbal communication. • Be an engaging communicator. • The ability to manage your own time and workload. • The competitive drive and determination to succeed and be resilient • An ambitious nature and be someone who enjoys the challenge of exceeding personal targets and contributing to overall team performance. • You must be a team player. This is challenging but highly rewarding role with real growth and career potential for the right individual based on successful delivery.
